The purchase of the products offered in this website entails the acceptance of the terms and conditions anticipated upon these Terms and Conditions, therefore, before proceeding with their acceptance, we encourage you to read carefully its content. If you do not accept the present Terms and Conditions of General Sales, your purchased will not be carried out, consequently, it will not imply the assumption of any type of obligation nor responsability upon WILTON. 

When making a purchase on the website, the Buyer declares to have the legal ability to carry out any online purchases.

In order to make a purchase, the Buyer shall follow each and every single formality of the purchase procedures provided on the website


  • The site https://reprotect.es/ allows the buyer to purchase certified masks, adjusted to the functioning requisites according to the UNE0065:2020 specification on reusable hygienic masks for both adults and children. The purchase of this mask through our website is subject to the Terms and Conditions present in this document.


  • In order to acquire the facial masks and be able to contractually link through our website, you (hereinafter "you" and / or the "Buyer ") must be at least 18 years of age, and have sufficient legal capacity to be able to sign this contract.

    You guarantee that the personal data you provide to WILTON are true and exact, and you agree to notify any change or modification of the same.

    You agree and undertake not to use the content that is available on the website at any time in any way that may constitute a violation of any rule or an attempt on morality, good customs or the image and good professional name of WILTON.

    You are aware, and voluntarily accept, that the use of the Service takes place, in any case, under your sole and exclusive responsibility, for which you will be liable for damages of any nature that WILTON may suffer as a consequence of the breach of any of the obligations to which it is subject under these Terms and Conditions.


  • WILTON does not guarantee the functioning level of the Internet network. The service may not be available or be limited at any time and for any reason beyond our control, be it for emergencies, connection overload, link failure, problems in network equipment, transfers or signal strength WILTON is not responsible for data, messages or pages lost or not saved due to performance problems by the Internet service.

    In addition to the aforementioned, and to the extent permitted by the law and except as provided in the other legal information on the website, such as Legal Notice, Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, in no case will WILTON be responsible for personal, accidental, special, direct or indirect damages, including, without limit, damages for loss of benefits, loss of data or related to the use or impossibility of using the website.

  • The registration on the website will not be necessary for the acquisition of facial masks. However, for the formalization of the purchase you must complete the "purchase form", where you will provide us with the necessary information for the processing of the shipment of your order.


  • The price of each mask will be indicated in euros at the time of purchase on the website. The amount includes all applicable taxes at all times, as well as shipping costs.

    During the purchasing process, you will have access to a payment platform, which will allow you to make the payment by using your debit and / or credit card. Payment methods include American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard and Visa. You can request WILTON to issue an invoice for the purchase of our product that will be sent via email or receive the paper invoice free of charge.

    Once the payment has been made, the buyer will receive an email from WILTON in their assigned email account for this purpose, informing that the purchase and payment have been correctly executed.

    The sale of facial masks is subject to availability. In case of lack of stock, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase with the corresponding refund of the amount to the Buyer.

  • Shipping and delivery

    The shipping costs are detailed below:


    • Spanish peninsular area: € 4.70 (Free for orders over € 50) in 24 H
    • Balearic Islands: € 4.70 (Free for orders over € 50) in 72 H
    • Europe: € 8.00 (Free for orders over € 100) 3-5 working days
    • Rest of the world: € 15.00 (Free for orders over € 100) 5-7 working days

    In any case, the shipping costs will be expressed in euros prior to the payment of the product purchased through our website.

    You must indicate a postal address where you want to receive the order placed. We recommend you to use the postal address where you can ensure that someone can receive the package during business hours, that is, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

    We ship to the Spanish peninsular area, the Balearic Islands and Portugal. We do not process shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

    You will receive your order in a maximum of 5 calendar days from when it has been processed. Likewise, the status of your order will be communicated to the email address provided by you at all times, that is, when it has been processed, when it is ready for shipment and when it has left the warehouse. You will receive a code that will identify your order in order to track its status.

    WILTON will not be responsible in any case, for errors in the delivery of the product that may arise from incorrect data provided by the Buyer. In the event that this involves a delay in delivery, WILTON will immediately inform the Buyer. The costs arising from this circumstance will be borne by the Buyer.

  • Return policy

  • You have fourteen (14) calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal since you have possession of the product. For this, the mask must be in perfect condition, return it in its original state, in its original packaging, without a trace of use and without having been unsealed, for reasons of hygiene and health prevention. Otherwise, WILTON may reject your refund request, based on article 103 section e) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.

    If you wish, you can contact WILTON at the email address info@reprotect.es before proceeding to return the product. The costs derived from the return of the product will be borne by WILTON in the event that it is found to be defective. The following email address is put info@reprotect.es so that the Buyer can manage the return of their product for any of the cases mentioned in this paragraph.

    Once the right of withdrawal has been exercised and the product has been returned, WILTON will return to the Buyer the full amount of the purchase in a period not exceeding fourteen (14) days from the notification by the Buyer of the exercise of his right of withdrawal, that is, since the Buyer sends the email mentioned in the previous paragraph.

    The property and risks of loss of the order will pass to the Buyer at the time of delivery. This risk will remain the responsibility of the Buyer in case of return, until the product is delivered to WILTON.


  • WILTON guarantees that the facial masks comply with the characteristics agreed on the website.

    Under the event that the product does not satisfy the aforementioned conditions, WILTON will repair or substitute such product. In order to do this, the Buyer shall notify WILTON about the discomformity or flaw in the product by emailing them to info@reprotect.es or by filling in the complaint forms provided in the site, always within the fourty (40) days period since the acknowledgement of such flaw. WILTON, from its side, may request information and / or product images from the Buyer to verify that the defects are attributable to the company, with the Buyer having to collaborate in such purpose.

  • You may contact the Customer Support team provided by WILTON with regards to the communication of any complaint or claim via the email address info@reprotect.es

    WILTON will answer your support request as soon as possible, and never over the period of one (1) month since the reception of the complaint or claim.


  • If any of the present clauses on the Terms and Conditions was null and void, it will be considered as non-provided. Such declaration of nullity will not annul the rest of the document, which will remain valid and effective between the Buyer and WILTON.


  • Under the event that any conflict or discrepancy may arise due to the interpretation or application of the Terms and Conditions of General Purchases, the competent tribunals will be the ones to stipulate the applicable legal regulations in a matter of competent jurisdiction for users and consumers.

    Additionally, you will be able to solve any incident that may occur during the contractual relationship in an amicable and non-confrontational manner through the platform encouraged by the European Commission: https://webgate.ec.europa.eu/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.show&lng=ES.

If these claims refer to electronic transactions with consumers, or on data protection when they are related to this area, the claims will be resolved by the Online Trust Mediation Committee, accredited for the alternative resolution of consumer disputes.
